The Catholic University of Zimbabwe (CUZ) is reminding all prospective and returning suppliers that the 2026 Supplier Registration process is still open, and the final deadline for submission is now 31 December 2025. Businesses interested in partnering with the University in the coming year are encouraged to complete their registration before the closing date.

Supplier registration is a critical part of CUZ’s procurement framework, ensuring that all goods and services are sourced from credible, compliant, and competitively vetted providers. This process strengthens transparency, accountability, and alignment with national procurement standards.

Registering as a CUZ supplier gives businesses the opportunity to be considered for tenders and service requests across the University’s operations. CUZ procures a wide range of goods and services, including ICT equipment, stationery, office supplies, furniture, maintenance materials, security and cleaning services, catering and hospitality, printing and branding, construction materials, technical services, and professional consultancy work. By registering, suppliers join the University’s official database and may be invited to submit quotations or participate in competitive bidding processes throughout 2026.

The University invites applications from existing suppliers seeking renewal, new suppliers wishing to join the CUZ procurement database, SMEs and emerging enterprises, PRAZ-registered companies, and fully compliant entities across Zimbabwe.

To complete registration, suppliers must submit all mandatory compliance documents, including company registration papers, CR14/CR6, valid tax clearance, PRAZ registration (where applicable), proof of physical address, bank details, and relevant experience records. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

All suppliers are encouraged to ensure their documentation is complete and submitted before the final 31 December 2025 deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted, and unregistered suppliers will not be eligible for procurement opportunities in 2026.
