ZIMCHE Assessment Visit to the Catholic University of Zimbabwe
The Catholic University of Zimbabwe (CUZ) is honored to host a team from the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE) for an assessment visit from November 4th to November 8th. This significant evaluation aims to ensure CUZ’s continued commitment to high academic and operational standards, aligning our programs and processes with national benchmarks.
Throughout the week, ZIMCHE officials will review key aspects of CUZ’s educational offerings, including academic programs, teaching facilities, faculty qualifications, and overall institutional effectiveness. They will also assess the university’s adherence to quality assurance protocols and the ZIMCHE 17 Standards, examining how CUZ maintains and enhances the quality of its education in line with best practices in higher education.
In addition to formal reviews, ZIMCHE representatives will engage with CUZ’s administration, faculty, and students, gathering insights into the university’s impact and the student experience. This feedback will help CUZ continuously improve and strengthen its academic and operational frameworks to better serve students, staff, and the community.
The assessment marks an important step in CUZ’s journey of continuous growth and improvement. It underscores our dedication to providing an exceptional educational experience that empowers students and prepares them to make meaningful contributions both locally and globally.
We extend our warmest welcome to the ZIMCHE team and look forward to constructive and valuable insights from this assessment process.
